Expanded access and compassionate use programs
Mirum operates a limited early/expanded access program in some countries outside of the U.S., offering access to LIVMARLI® (maralixibat) for eligible patients with Alagille syndrome (ALGS) and progressive familial intrahepatic cholestasis (PFIC). Programs are conducted in compliance with applicable health authority guidance for the purpose of facilitating patient access for those with life-threatening diseases for which there are limited to no approved treatments or clinical trial options.

Medical information
Mirum’s Medical Information team is dedicated to serving healthcare providers and patients by providing information to better inform the use of Mirum’s medicines. The Medical Information team also receives and processes safety information, including reports of unwanted side effects or other problems affecting patients.
